Now that you have been properly introduced to Sofie, let me tell you that we were over at her house for her Birthday party on the weekend. It was so much fun! Full of people, big and small, balloons, presents, the works!! I had my first lomito, traditional Chilean sandwich, but I have to admit that the crackers were much better in my opinion.
