Now that you have been properly introduced to Sofie, let me tell you that we were over at her house for her Birthday party on the weekend. It was so much fun! Full of people, big and small, balloons, presents, the works!! I had my first lomito, traditional Chilean sandwich, but I have to admit that the crackers were much better in my opinion. Giving credit where credit is due, it is only fitting that I begin by presenting to you my cuz Sofie. She is 7 months younger than I, but she has taken the lead in this whole blogging thing – the original blogger. It was as a direct result of the celebration of her first birthday, and my mom getting all sentimental reading through Sofie’s “year in review”, that actually motivated Mami to set up this blog for me. So thanks Sofie (and her pretty innovative parents)!! Will be calling on them for sure for tips on how to blog
